1. Digital Products & Online Programs

All purchases made for digital products, AI workshops, online courses, coaching programs, webinars, templates, prompts, downloadable resources, recordings, and educational materials are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been granted, we cannot revoke the knowledge, resources, or materials already delivered.

2. Live Workshops & Training Programs

For live workshops, bootcamps, and training programs:

Once a workshop, training session, or program has started, no refund requests will be accepted.

3. Missed Sessions

If a participant is unable to attend a live session, workshop, webinar, or training program due to personal reasons, no refund will be provided. Where available, recordings or alternative learning materials may be shared at our discretion.

4. Coaching & Consulting Services

Payments made for one-on-one coaching, mentoring, consulting, strategy calls, or advisory sessions are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled or delivered. If Digital Yash is unable to conduct a scheduled session, we may offer:

In the event of accidental duplicate payments, customers must notify us within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, the excess amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

6. Program Cancellation by Digital Yash

If a workshop, course, coaching program, or event is cancelled by Digital Yash and an alternative arrangement cannot be provided, participants may be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in suspension of access to our courses, workshops, communities, and services while the matter is under review. We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can help resolve any concerns.

9. Refund Processing Time

Where a refund is approved, it may take 7–15 business days for the amount to be processed and reflected in the customer’s original payment method, depending on the payment provider and banking systems.
